The Faculty of Arts and Sciences is one of the three faculties created in 1986. There are plenty of students has applied with a help of Apply Global and 4,609 students graduated since its inception. Professors, especially who teaches mathematics, physics and chemistry, receive important project support from renowned research organizations such as TÜBİTAK and make important contributions to research through articles which are publishing in international journals covered by SCI, SSCI and AHCI. In accordance with the requirements, the faculty pays special attention to interdisciplinary research in the field of bioinformatics and computational biology.
