Upon completing the four years of study, the student is  required to have local, national and international awareness of both governmental and nongovernmental (public, private and civil society organizations). The  vision is to build sustainable structures for sustainable achievements. Students learn how to rule using  statistics and figures which are objective.

Students are required to be able to recognize usable  routes for success after graduation, resolve related problems, speed up the process and eventually achieve the objective in keeping with the principles of the community.High experience, productivity and perseverance are the three common features of GAU students who will work in institutions  of public administration and international organisations.
